On the Sign in screen, tap Forgot password? below the password field, enter your account email, and submit. You'll get a reset link by email — open it on the same device to set a new password. If the link has expired, the reset screen lets you request a fresh one without starting over.
Emails can take 5–15 minutes on slow connections (cruise ship or hotel Wi-Fi especially) — check Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders first. If it still hasn't arrived, use the "Resend verification email" button on the "Check your email" screen. If Supabase says the email is already confirmed, just sign in instead.
Usernames must be unique across all players and are case-sensitive, so "Mike" and "mike" count as different names. If saving fails with this message, try a variation — adding a number or changing capitalization is usually enough.
The Cloud Sync card on your Profile shows the current status: syncing, synced (with a "last synced" time), offline, or error. If you're offline, sync resumes automatically once your connection is back. If it's stuck on an error, tap "Sync now" on that card to retry manually.
Sessions are saved on the device you tracked them on and sync to your account only when you're signed in. If a session isn't showing up: confirm you're signed into the same account you used to track it, check the Cloud Sync status on Profile, and remember that Quick roll sessions were never saved in the first place — they're intentionally temporary.
If the app won't load or gets stuck, try a hard refresh first. If a page throws an error, you'll see a "Something went wrong" screen with a "Try again" button — use it before assuming your data is affected, since your rolls and sessions live in local storage and cloud sync independent of any one page's state.
